Overview:

We're seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and help keep our team organized and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support including scheduling, filing, and data entry
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and prepare basic reports
  • Assist with communication: emails, phone calls, and internal requests
  • Maintain office supplies and support basic office operations
  • Help with special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
